THE PROJECT YOUNG TALENTS, is a program is pre-scientific initiation, established in 1999, with the executing agencies Foundation for Research Support Carlos Chagas Filho - FAPERJ Science Center and the Foundation of the State of Rio de Janeiro - CECIERJ . The project has partnerships with research institutions and public and private universities of the State of Rio de Janeiro and through them, the students enter public schools in high school and pre-professional undergraduates
